Silvaco Europe, We have been customers of Silvertone Cleaning Company since May 2010. Silvertone has given us impeccable service since day one, they have gone beyond the call of duty whenever we have needed extra tasks done, the staff are very helpful and friendly and we have never had any cause to worry about reliability, not one day has been missed. During this time the quality of work has been extremely good. The management at Silvertone is easily accessible at all times and is extremely efficient should an issue arise, making the after sales customer service both personal and pleasurable. Mr. Conder keeps in constant contact and personally performs ad hoc inspections to ensure that his staff maintains the level of cleanliness expected. Silvertone has worked with Comtec since 2003 providing cleaning support services. Silvertone operates its own quality inspection procedures and this has ensured that a very high standard of service has been maintained. Ray and his Managers have always ensured that they make themselves readily available for meetings and their regular visits to site are very reassuring. I consider Silvertone to be very responsive to their customers' needs and would not hesitate to recommend their services. The 'Silvertone' cleaning staff were always pleasant, polite and of a friendly nature. They also on many occasions were willing to attend tasks outside their cleaning remit. In March 2005 Nokia UK as a whole decided to employ one large cleaning company that would service all their sites nationwide. Encocam, Silvertone Cleaning Company Ltd provide us with cleaning services at our subsidiary Company in Huntingdon. We are extremely pleased with the service we receive, with the staff being always polite, helpful and conscientious. We also use Silvertone as a back-up service at our Head Office and other Huntingdon site when our employed cleaners are on holiday or sick. 'Silvertone Cleaning Company Ltd' has provided a quality cleaning service to ‘West Anglia Training Association' since February 2003. Since 2003 WATA have built additional buildings on their site which has meant additional duties and pressures on the ‘Silvertone’ cleaning staff. ‘Silvertone’ have in the past and continue to respond exceptionally well to any changes that WATA may instigate, and the standard of cleaning provided has always been of a very high quality. Furthermore any issues arising have been (and continue to be) dealt with in a very swift and professional manner by Mr. Conder the M.D. of Silvertone. Close contact with the ‘Management team and site supervisor of ‘West Anglia’ has been maintained throughout by Mr Conder.
